Terms for exhibitors:

$400.00 per exhibit space includes Friday and Saturday. Exhibits are expected to remain in place for both days. One company representative per space. Additional representatives $50.00 for both days. – includes lunch and beverage/snack breaks.

Exhibits are permitted for Friday, March 16, 2012 from 8:00 am. to 5:30PM and Saturday, March 17, 2012 from 7:30 am. to 4:00pm. Set up cannot begin prior to 7:00 am Friday March 16, 2012.

 

 

Terms for Sponsorships:

basic sponsor = 1 exhibit space.

premium sponsor = 2 exhibit spaces.

 

Sponsorships include:

•Name and logo on all printed materials, registration forms and event information provided by Dental IQ, LLC.

•Link on www.dentaliq.net to sponsors web site to remain until February 2013.

•Product spotlight in one dental blog from lorylaughter.com within the 6 months

Premium sponsor: link on navigator bar of every page at www.dentaliq.net.

Premium sponsor: literature and/or samples to be placed in attendee bags.

Sponsorship levels:

basic sponsor = $900.00. premium sponsor = $1800.00.

All tables will be located in the room where snacks are served and breaks are held.

 

Lunch sponsor: Sponsor lunch one day of the event. Place literature at tables. Slide show on screen during lunch time highlighting your products/information/etc. 10 minutes during lunch to address the group. All other premium sponsorship benefits including exhibitor space. Limited to one sponsor each day =$2200.00.

Opportunity for ADHA associations/components to exhibit:

$100.00 for 1 table space- both days/ 1 representative. CEs and lunch are not included for representative unless they are also paid to attend the meeting. Fund raising/product sales is permitted at the table only. Contact Lory directly at lorylaughter@dentaliq.net to reserve.
