Terms for
exhibitors:
- $400.00 per exhibit space
includes Friday and Saturday. Exhibits are expected to remain in place for
both days. One company representative per space. Additional
representatives $50.00 for both days. – includes lunch and
beverage/snack breaks.
- Exhibits are permitted for Friday, March 12, 2010 from 8:00 am. to 5:00 pm. and Saturday, March 13, 2010 from 7:30 am. to 4:00pm. Set up cannot begin prior to 7:00 am Friday March 12 and exhibits should not be dismantled before 2:00 pm March 13.
Terms
for Sponsorships:
- Sponsorships include
exhibit space at no extra charge. basic sponsor = 1 exhibit space.
premium sponsor = 2 exhibit spaces. Extra space may be purchased for
a reduced fee.
- Sponsorships include
advertisement in all printed materials, registration forms and event
information provided by Dental IQ. Sponsorship also includes a link on www.dentaliq.net to sponsors web site
to remain until December 2010. Premium sponsor will have link on navigator
bar of every page at www.dentaliq.net.
- Sponsorship levels: basic
sponsor = $900.00. premium sponsor = $1200.00.
- All tables will be located
in the room where snacks are served and breaks are held. Attendees will
be encouraged with drawings to visit the exhibits during lunch hours.
- On Friday AM before the
class begins, sponsors will be given 5-10 minutes to present to the
audience.
